can anything burn underwater?

i know thermite and diving torches burn underwater, but is there anything else?

anything that can provide or be provided with it's own oxidizer can burn underwater. A torch can burn underwater because the torch supplies both acetylene and oxygen.

Flourine and Chlorine can also support combustion.
