Anyone ever raft or boat from Northern Mississippi River down to the Gulf?

My girlfriend and I are thinking about taking a relatively cheap vacation on a raft or house boat or ferry from Wisconsin down to New Orleans and the flying back. We live in Milwaukee, any suggestions?
