Is FINA Banning/Banned Speedo's Aqua V Cap?
Swimmers! Can anyone tell me weather they are banning or already have banned Speedo's Aqua V Cap? If they are banned I'll feel a little bit better that I didn't go out and blow $22 on something I can't use.

they were banning suits that were changing times drasically (secconds in spints)
the cap will only improve your time by tenths at most
